Quick and easy chicken salad that will take you 10 minutes or less to make. Grab a hot rotisserie chicken from your local grocery store to cut our the hassle cooking chicken for this healthy meal.
Ingredients
- 3-4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup of shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/4 cup watermelon or green radish
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup fried wonton strips
- Ginger or sesame dressing
Tools
- Bowl for salad
- Cutting board
- Knife
Directions
- Put chopped romaine lettuce in base of salad bowl.
- Arrange rotisserie chicken, mandarin oranges, carrot, radish, green onions, and fried wonton strips on top of lettuce.
- Dress salad with ginger or sesame dressing.
- Put it in your mouth.
