10 Minute Chinese Chicken Salad

Quick and easy chicken salad that will take you 10 minutes or less to make. Grab a hot rotisserie chicken from your local grocery store to cut our the hassle cooking chicken for this healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup of shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/4 cup watermelon or green radish
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fried wonton strips
  • Ginger or sesame dressing

Tools

  • Bowl for salad
  • Cutting board
  • Knife

Directions

  1. Put chopped romaine lettuce in base of salad bowl.
  2. Arrange rotisserie chicken, mandarin oranges, carrot, radish, green onions, and fried wonton strips on top of lettuce.
  3. Dress salad with ginger or sesame dressing.
  4. Put it in your mouth.
